Job Description:
  • Maintaining positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Answer customer queries professionally to provide information about products, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaint.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s request.
  • Refer customer grievances or special requests to designated/relevant department.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.               
  • Communicating with customers through various channels like Telephone, Email, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Whatsapp, Google Duo etc.
