About Job

We are looking for a talented Copywriter and Editor who understands and is passionate about the effectiveness of creative, professional copywriting.

This role is key to creating and editing world class, inspiring and engaging content.

This is a full-time position and may require limited travel.

Core Responsibilities

• Produce creative, eye catchy and grammatically correct content.

• Review, edit and rewrite existing content.

• Collaborate with creative team, designers and other content creators to write and edit content for specific goals.

• Propose copy concepts, present strategic thinking and incorporate stakeholders feedback.

• Able to execute and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Specific areas of copywriting and editing includes (but not limited to).

• Content for website.

• Blog Posts.

• Newsletters.

• Content for digital and social media marketing.

• Company press releases.

• Technical product documentation (hardware and software).

• SMS Campaigns.

• Transcript for videos.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strength is producing short and long-form editorial stories content.

• Experience in producing effective and goal oriented copy.

• Experience in creating short marketing copy, this should be informative enough to not look like a direct marketing message .

• Ability to think beyond static pieces of content.

• Basic understanding of computer, internet and word editing software.

Optional / Additional Skills

• Fundamental knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO).

• Basic understanding of CMS (like wordpress) usage.

• Experience in Journalism and writing for media.

• Basic knowledge of design principles and  typography.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor / Master  degree or equivalent in Mass Communication,Business, Marketing or English or related field (with strength in written english).
