·         We are searching for a talented, motivated Senior Creative Web Designer/Graphic Artist to join the team. As a software and website/application power house we build and work on a wide range of collateral for clients microsites, landing pages, display banners, applications, email templates and brochures. The ability to take ideas all the way from concept to execution is a must. We are looking for someone who has a great eye for design but also solid basic frontend skills. Proven analytical and problem solving skills are needed.

• Once it is safe to re-open the office, the hired team will be welcome to join us in our Pakistan offices.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building a variety of assets to support existing clients and onboarding new clients.


• Wire framing, prototyping and conceptualizing design ideas.


• Collaborative critiquing of design work and brainstorming solutions.


• Working across a number of teams and stakeholders that include SEO, Content, Developers, Back end Developers, Front end Developers, Partnership Relations and Leadership.


• Design and build a wide variety and high volume of cross-platform materials efficiently that include graphics work, spanning from Brochures, Datasheets, Emails, Ads, direct mail, PowerPoint presentations, and other collateral materials


• Produce and deploy B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) marketing materials including website graphics, email marketing materials, social media graphics, digital ads/newsletters, menus, flyers, apparel and other promotional materials.


• Be willing to be cross-functional and help as needed in other marketing disciplines like brand strategy, communication, social media and digital marketing.


• Participates in designing or production planning/brainstorming group sessions and meetings


• Contribute to constant SEO improvements


• Knowledge of CMS, specifically WordPress and a basic understanding of PHP


• An in-depth working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). After Effects a plus.


• Experience with creating responsive layouts and using responsive frameworks


• Experience with email marketing & automation


• Knowledge of prototyping software (Figma, Sketch, Moqups etc)


• Ability to multitask and contribute to a number of projects at any one given time


• Be able to do Testing and Quality Assurance


• Be able to collaborate using Project management tools like Jira or BaseCamp

The ideal candidate must:

• 4-5 years of professional design experience


• UX/Web design experience is a plus, but not required.


• Have designed User Interface of the web or mobile applications


• Good understanding of modern UI principles both for print and electronic

Nice To Have:

• Undergraduate degree in Design or related (or equivalent experience).


• Photography, Video editor, 2D Animation, and videography skills preferred, but not required.
