| Job Description: |
We are looking for Fresh and Experienced Telemarketing Executives for USA based project
(Night Shift: Timings: 7 PM onwards)
- Applicants with a positive attitude, good listening, and communication skills will be preferred.
- Applicants with call center experience will be preferred.
- Great Salary packages for experienced and fresh Telemarketing agents.
- Applicants with the following skills would qualify:
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Previous Call Center Experience (Preferred)
- Must be able To handle calls outbound/Inbound (Sales)
- Follow Script for all calls.
- Understand the nature of call and action according to relevant procedure.
- Update the correct information.
- Confirm key details with the caller before ending the call
- Close the sale.
- Transfer calls to correct departments when required using appropriate transfer procedure
