Job Description:

We are hiring a Client Services Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will be asked to process orders modification, escalate complaints, and follow-up.


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers/clients through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving clients/customers complaints.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the client service process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


1.Previous experience in a customer service/client dealing preferably 

2. Data entry and strong, accurate typing skills

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

4. Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels

5. Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude)

6. Appreciation and an interest in providing exceptional customer service

7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize

8. Sound computing skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
