a) To visit and remind customers on their payments
b) Work with customers to solve payment problems and make workable repayment arrangements
c) Advice and negotiate on suitable repayment plan for the assigned account
d) Gather and update latest information into the system
e) Maintain Daily Ageing cycle and update clients on the payment status regularly |
