| Job Description: |
- Responsible for developing monthly camp plan with coordination of X-Ray Van team
- Coordinate with vendors for IEC material and utilize well ahead of time for each camp
- Coordinate with providers a day before to finalize the activity for location
- Assist van team for screening of patients and registration
- Arrangement of all resources/material required for the camp i.e. examination equipment, blood collection tubes, Sputum collection cups etc
- To fill all required reporting format on daily basis
- Perform other work related duties assigned by the supervisor
