| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager / Deputy Manager, responsible for overseeing the Compensation and Benefits function of an organization. He must have prior experience in designing Compensation and Benefits Systems, conducting salary surveys, Analyzing and evaluating job positions to determine classifications and salary bands.
Requirement:
- Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP.
- Knowledge of building compensation packages for various departments and seniority levels
- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Good analytical skills
- Familiarity with labor legislation
- Experience with employee satisfaction surveys
- Advise employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs.
- Advise on salary increase requests.
- Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to the organization’s employees
Qualification & Experience:
· MBA / MPA / MS in Human Resources with 6 to 8 years relevant experience. |
