Job Description:

• Dealing with hardware vendors , troubleshooting, negotiations, buying hardware (riding to Hafeez center), reducing cost

• Asset Management

• Financial Budgeting for Projects, Accounting, reports

• Attendance Management, reports, identifying problematic absenteeism

• Minimal DevOps (installing software, preparing environments, servers, various cloud tasks)

• Ensure Network availability and all services security

• Review performance/resource utilization for all Network Devices

• Monitoring network performance and availability

• Understandings of generic network attacks and take care of it pro-actively

• Review bandwidth and resource utilization

• Managing the access controls as per business needs and document every change

• Ensure the backup of all devices and servers periodically

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

• 1-2 years

Skills:

• Flexible timings

• Must have Good computer networking knowledge

• Good analytical, math and financial skills

• Scripting Skills

• Skills with Linux Admin, AWS, Azure etc

HR Operations: • Ensuring that all relevant details are added to the HR database and circulated to the relevant persons. • Ensuring that employees’ leave and attendance record is properly maintained in implemented system TimeTrax. • Ensuring that company-wide implemented HR systems are accurate and updated all the time. • Updating and maintaining employees’ personal files all the time. • Updating and maintaining documented HR Processes. • Ensuring that employee contracts/confirmations are reviewed and processed in a timely manner in HR Suite. • Coordinating with Manager Finance to ensure that employees have insurance coverage and that EOBI and other government dues are being paid on their behalf. • Coordinating employee orientationinitiation into the company. • Conducting exit interviews of employees leaving the company. • Preparing monthly management reports on HR function in the company. • Maintaining statistics related to employee recruitment and turnover function in the company. • Observing and reporting the security breaches within the workplace. • Any other task assigned by the Manager/p
