| Job Description: |
Kohistan group is looking for a candidate to fill in the position of Senior HR Executive.
Candidates with experience in working with the construction industry with past experience will have a preference.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generating monthly payroll on excel taking the yearly tax slabs under considerations.
- Looking after the company's daily operations
- Looking after recruitment for all projects using channels like rozee and others.
- Recording bio metric attendance and generating daily work hours report from it.
- Managing employee data for new and previously hired employees.
- Conducting orientation session for newly hired employees
- Petty cash management
- Arrangements of mess/lunch facility for employees
- Leading team of Admin officer on sites
- Working closely with senior management for formulating and updating policies as per the growing needs of the organization and to identify the needs of human resources for each project.
- To ensure the right implementation of policies
- Coordinating with Government organizations e.g. EOBI and social security for submission of monthly contributions.
- Performing other tasks assigned by reporting authority.
- To handle employee grievances, employee salaries, and other issues.
