•  Daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger for Accounting Software ERP.
•  Creating and processing invoices.
•  Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
•  Managing a company's accounts payable & receivable and provide weekly aging report to manager.
• Responsible for providing daily sales & purchases report to manager.
•  Assisting supply chain department for placing an order for raw material & packing material.
•  Responsible for maintaining fixed asset report (addition & deletion).
• Responsible for arranging bank statements and its reconciliation on weekly basis.
• Any other task given by the manager.
• Hand on Experience of using accounting software like (Tally 9.0) will be preferred.
• Must have strong MS Office using skills.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Resident of nearby Port Qasim areas will be preferred.
