| Job Description: |
- A complete and comprehensive know-how of HDU / ICU equipment along with Central Oxygen supply system.
- A must know how of all Electro medical equipment used in HDU / ICU.
- Familiar with specifications, types of different models of electro medical equipment.
- Can read, interpret, and apply info available with the equipment.
- Hands on practice for installation, maintenance, and repair of electro medical equipment.
- Receive and be part of the equipment installation team and check the correct receiving as per the agreement.
- Ensure safety of the system.
- Ensure timely availability at the time of need.
- Check the quality and functions at the time of installation.
- Keep a complete record of inventory, maintenance, and any damages.
- Keep stocks of spares at hand available and required from the supplier.
- Communicate with the supplier well before time for timely compliance for warranty and guarantee.
- Check all the system functionality at all points.
- Report for any system drop etc.
- Regular inspection, maintenance, and rectification.
- Proper storage/utilization of all equipment.
- Update handbook of supply management
- Ensure system be in place to regularly review healthcare facility demand. This review should involve the healthcare facility management.
- Built capacities of the medical team over the use of electro medical equipment.
