| Job Description: |
- Responsible for the analysis of new/existing product according to business practices and documentation.
- Responsible for helpdesk calls support and patch updating in application from vendor.
- Responsible for application user trainings and provide them assistance time to time.
- Responsible for testing of new/existing product in ERP system with respect to business practices.
- To provide assistance in implementing new modules in ERP system.
- Responsible to provide technical support for applications.
- Hands on experience on SQL query, writing store procedure/ functions in Oracle.
- Customize and maintain ERP and MIS in-house / vendor systems and Communicate with users / vendors.
- Ability to learn & adapt quickly.
- Should have good analytical skills & problem solving attitude
