Rigelonic is looking to hire startup-minded HR Business Partner in Karachi who can build the team from the ground up, can work independently with big drive and enthusiasm to build a top-class tech operation in Karachi as part of the world-class startup business serving multiple geographies.
Since this is a Tech start-up, hiring software developers, product managers, project managers, designers, support and onboarding teams are key essential parts of the CV for this role.
Our HR Partner is expected to be a enthusiastic individual with fantastic multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; lead tech founders with various initiatives and even acquihire where necessary.
- Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, supervisors, while referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Perform other co-founding duties as it comes up.
