| Job Description: |
A UK based organization, hiring permanent employees.

- Candidate must be proficient in English communication (both speaking and written skills).
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation, approvals and monitoring of credit hire agreements.
- Coordination with third party insurances and solicitors.
- Client serving and managing all queries of existing clients.
- Monitoring agreement terminations.
- Preparation of invoices for third party insurances
- Payment follow ups with third party insurances
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Resolve problems and assist customers by handling account related inquiries.
- Accurate data input and maintenance of client information.
Timings: 12pm till 10pm (Monday –Friday) & 10am till 6pm (Saturday)
