Job Description: |
Parallax Technologies is looking for Technical Support Engineers for a Software as a service (SaaS) based Technology company based in the United States.
Responsibilities;
- To check and respond to all the inbound queries/tickets
- Guide customers about the product
- Collect customer support requests and bugs and solving the queries.
Timeline;
- The timeline for the job is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
- We have a working shift of 24/7 so you can be placed in any shift based upon the workload by your manager
Required Skills;
The ideal candidate should have;
- Good communication skills
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- Good problem-solving skills
- Computer literate (knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite, etc.)
