| Job Description: |
- Mediate with Vendors for Stock Order placement
- Coordinates work activities among departments
- Keep a record of stock in Software and prepare periodic reports
- Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
- Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies and restock the store accordingly
- Annual Budgeting and costing for Stock
- Issues supplies and equipment to departments
- Establishes standards and procedures for work of Inventory
- Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports.
