We are an outsourcing company who are looking for an Architectural drafter that has experience in residential and multifamily design. The person will work closely with the architects to perform Revit / Autocad related activities, such as design and draft interior floor plans, elevations, architectural details, such as curtain wall systems, custom metal stairs details and connections etc, custom design concepts, coordination with structural drawings, construction documents and more.

Qualifications for Full-time drafter

• 6-8 year’s experience working on the design process, architectural details, and construction documents
• Ability to work in a self-directed course of action
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Detail orientated
• High level of analytical skills and independent problem solving
• Diligent and persistent in follow-through
• Ability to handle several high priority tasks at the same time
• CAD, ability to produce working drawings
• Material/finish specification
• Expert in Latest AutoCad
• Revit Expert a MUST with at least 6 years of experience 
• SketchUp knowledge a plus
• Fluent in English
• Creativity in design and detailing a plus
• Familiarity with traditional and modern styles, materials, and detailing
• Ability to work at a very fast pace and work well in a team environment
• Willing to work evening and night time to accommodate Architects in California
