This Position is based in Qatar.

•  Management of all production activities including; material management, operations, day to day management of production activities.
•  Generating Daily Production reports to accurately show jobs in progress, and scheduled jobs.
•  Ensure material is produced and delivered as per the committed timelines.
•  Work with Sr. Production Er. to set production targets, and provide regular updates on any variances.
•  Ensure all production processes are executed as per customer specifications.
•  Handling production workers – day shift and night shift organization and allocations of workers subject to work load.
•  Development of production staff skills to improve production rates, quality, and efficiency.
•  Coordination with stores and logistics to ensure adequate material supply to execute jobs in hand.
•  Managing machine maintenance schedules to ensure periodic maintenance, avoid downtime, and upkeep of machines and tools.
•  Enforce and Implement ISO 9001 procedures and requirements. Maintain and update all ISO related records.
•  Update daily production plans.
•  Delivery Coordination.
•  Set up Production quality protocols.
•  Coordinate material consumption/usage with Sr. Production Engineer.
•  Setup and enforce welding procedures and protocols.
•  Identify process improvement requirements by identifying, design and implementation of Jigs and Fixtures.

Contract length: 24 months

Qualification - Mechanical Enginner (degree) with min 3 years experience and Sheet Metal Industry.
