Job brief:
At this point, we are looking for the Customer Services Executive to manage our in-bound calling services. As a successful candidate, you will be offering cabs' services to our customers while securing all the journey details like time, vehicle type, no. of passengers etc. Crucially, we believe in retaining our customers by achieving their maximum satisfaction. Our customers are at the core of our every decision and behavior - Way to Our Success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive the maximum number of incoming calls while being in your comfort zone.
- Truly secure all the journey details from the customers and assure them of our drivers' punctuality.
- Make sure that you have taken and saved the job booking correctly in the software.
- Be very careful in desptaching the jobs on time to our registered partners.
- Attempt to increase your complete bookings day by day along with customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Completion of Intermediate Examination
OR
Completion of English language certification
OR
Completion of O and/or A levels
Strong English Speaking, Writing, and Reading Skills.
Previous experience in customer services is preferable.
Proficiency with computers with strong typing skills is preferable.
