| Job Description: |
As an Accounts Executive, you are responsible to handle all accounts related tasks including final settlement and any task assigned by Directors. Reports to Directors
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of JV’s & ensuring the correct posting of vouchers into the Accounting system.
- Bookkeeping of records and preparation of sales & purchase invoices (daily basis)
- Maintaining petty cash entries on company software
- Maintain chart of accounts
- Reconciling bank statement & petty cash (daily, monthly and yearly transactions.)
- Monthly management accounts preparation.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
- Preparing Financial Statement
- Maintain the liability list on monthly basis.
- Accounts receivables.
- Accounts payables.
- Maintain delivery order tracking & dispatching on daily basis.
- Maintain all entries in company sofware
- Knowledge of all the heads of balance sheet and profit and loss account by performing audit work on revenue, liabilities, fixed asset, other receivables, expenses, tax and other major accounts would be addition
