Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Kubernetes Administration.
• Go/Python MicroServices build and deploy.
• Clear understanding of VPN protocols.
• Automation with ansible towers for cloud providers.
• Strong in AWS, load balancer, auto scaling.
• Experience with Python, docker and bash scripting.
• In depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• In depth knowledge of operating systems internals, process scheduling, memory management
• Clear understanding of multithreading and Synchronization concepts

Specific requirements

• Strong knowledge of OS packages, roles, and features for CentOS, Ubuntu, Rocky-Linux,
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex multivariate problems and find a systematic approach to gain a quick resolution.
• Strong knowledge of VPN protocols, such as OpenConnect, OpenVPN, Cisco-IPsec, ikev2/IPsec.
•  Automation skills on PowerShell, Bash scripting, Python and GoLang
• Knowledge of orchestration tools, writing of playbooks for Ansible, Terraform etc.
•  Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Digital-Ocean, and Azure.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as git, bitbucket.
•  Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
• Comfortable with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders.
• Understanding of the agile methodologies and process management tools.
•  Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
•  Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Java, PHP, or Python, and operating systems may be required.
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.
