Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service in the inventory team

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Constantly plan out all stores resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
• Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report on daily weekly and monthly basis.
• Issuance/dispatch of stock as per SOP.
• Handle and monitor obsolete/inventory disposals.
• Organizing the dispatch and delivery of goods
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate and verifiable stocks also responsible for future capacity requirements,
• Responsible to carry out physical audit of warehouse stock.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse.
• Ensure internal/external customer’s satisfaction through timely and quality purchases.
• Review agreements in liaison with the contracts team & vendors to finalize the terms & conditions of goods/services being procure. Share procurement progress reports with management
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
• And carry out all activities and function as directed by the management
• Only prefer who have wide warehouse experience in textile industry.
