Job Description:

Talent On-boarding Staff / IT Helpdesk Support Staff.  

URGENT HIRING  

GOOD ENGLISH SPEAKING & WRITING IS BASIC REQUIREMENT. 

IT Background and Experience is preferred.

To provide  support to our client, who have offices in USA, UK  and other international locations we require IT Helpdesk/ Talent On-boarding Staff to support them from  Karachi, Pakistan. 

Job Description: 

Assist or Conducting  Talent  (i. e. ,  Artists  and  Directors)  On-boarding/hiring.  

Resolve IT issues faced by the Talent  (Artists  and  Directors)  by providing them IT Support. 

Mode of communication can be through phone-call, email  or chat. 

Requirements:   

Good understanding of basic MS Windows Mac Operating systems.  

Experience on MS Office (Word,  Excel etc. ) is required.  

Excellent Speaking and Written Communication skills in English language is a must. Exposure to world class support processes.  

Performance based KPI  incentives  High performing employees can  have  the  opportunity  to  earn  up  to  Rs. 75,000/-  per month, subject  to  meeting  the  targets.
