THE KNIGHTS PVT LTD is looking for a “3D Animator” to join our company.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Create benchmark quality animations to demonstrate visual and technical quality as reference for the project animation team ·  
• Develop and maintain knowledge from the Game Design documents ·    
• Use / create the 3D models and rigs to create animations using the chosen style ·    
• 3D and 2D animations completion in all the projects. · 
•  Character representation in all the projects  ·    
• Ability to work on animations from concept, through source and implement into engine · 
• Keep your understanding and knowledge within Animation up-to-date with industry standards in this evolving field ·    
•  Check your work in-game and through regular playing, help identify improvements and consistency. ·
•  Quickly prototype animation systems that will serve as a basis for animation and gameplay-related discussions ·   
• Be the main point of contact for other teams and represent the team ·  
•  Communicate project objectives, strategies and information to all team members so as to ensure the visibility of the progress of the game’s development and the other crafts ·    
•  Work in close collaboration with the production director, game designers, modelers and programmers to understand the quality objectives, gameplay intentions and engine capacities in order to anticipate the in-game look of the animations ·  
• Define, prioritize, assign and regularly follow up on tasks and the advancement of the team’s work with regards to deliverables ·  
• Ensure that the work of the team follows the quality standards, artistic direction and set deadlines ·
