Creating user-centered designs by understanding and evaluating business requirements, user feedback, user requirements in collaboration with product, engineering, management and UX designers.

• Creating low-high fidelity wire frames, prototypes and presenting them.
• Creating, managing and expanding design system and style guide.
• Designing UI elements such as icons, illustrations, navigational components and informational components and being well informed on industry design trends and Figma.
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
• Hand-off production ready assets and designs to Engineering and Managers and take feedback.
• Take ownership, drive the design process and prioritize tasks as per business requirements.
• A bachelor's degree in design or relevant field with a minimum 1-2 years experience in UI/UX design for apps and games.
• Proficiency in visual design on mobile app, web dashboards.
• Strong visual & creative skills.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design soft wares like Figma, Adobe Suite, and collaborating tools.
