| Job Description: |
- Appointment setting for the onsite Engineer,
- Calendar management and keeping the calendar up to date with the changes.
- Organizingmeetings with the clients.
- Manage travel logistics for onsite engineer that includes hotel reservation and travel.
- Organizing internal meetings upon request from th department with the director and from the director to the documents.
- Documenting MOMs.
- Executing independent tasks assigned by the director on timely manner.
- Bridge communication on behalf of the director with the company executives.
- Bridge communication on behalf of director with clients.
- High profile client interaction through emails and phone calls with good english (verbal and written) proficiency.
- Represent onsite engineer in meetings and conferences in case of his absence.
- Preparing and sourcing supporting documents for meetings.
