Job Description:

Horizon Technologies is looking for a receptionist for one his US based partner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls as the first point of contact in a polite and friendly manner. 
  • Routing calls to the appropriate individual. 
  • Filter out unwanted sales calls.
  • Take leads from potential commercial and residential customers, and input into web-based software for sales representatives. 
  • Provide automotive tinting quotes to customers over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • 2-3 Years of relevant experience in an office environment.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Note:

  • This is an onsite job and the timing of this job is from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM 
  • Candidate must be fluent in spoken English.
