The Ideal candidate should:
- Hold at least a Bachelors degree.
- Have 1 2 years of relevant work experience
Job Description:
- Oversee Siebel workload management.
- Ensure thorough investigation and resolution of complaints.
- Coordinate with other departments for resolution of customer complaints.
- Keep abreast with the latest information with respect to the products, policies and procedures for effective customer handling.
- Share feedback/suggestions with line management for process improvement resulting in better customer facilitation.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of using Siebel, MINSAT, eFRONT
- Complaint handling, investigation resolution skills
- Good communication, writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Desirable Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sound co-ordination and follow up skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure working conditions on continuing basis
