| Job Description: |
- Handling and making Booking (Flights, Hotels Cars) for our US employees (Executive Management, VPs, Directors, Sales Reps and Engineers).
- Review travel request forms prior to booking travel
- Make Travel Arrangements for consultants for Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Cars using our approved lists and websites.
- Handle travel revisions using the travel request form that they submit and/or that we may have to create.
- Follow company guidelines for prices to get the best rates possible and obtain approval when the amount is over the approved amounts.
- Review the final travel confirmations and email to the consultants for their review.
- When all confirmations reviewed by consultant
- Maintain the consultants travel files, including saving items to the travel folders on our server in the computer.
- Maintain Budget Sheet and make invite after receiving the final itinerary from the Travel Agent.
- All travel must be done immediately and completed in a very timely manner..
Skills Required:
- 1-2 years administrative office experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
- Strong knowledge of office procedures/filing
- Strong typing skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details-must be
- Able to manage duties with a minimum of supervision
- Strong time management skills must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
