Job Description:
  • Handling and making Booking (Flights, Hotels Cars) for our US employees (Executive Management, VPs, Directors, Sales Reps and Engineers).
  • Review travel request forms prior to booking travel
  • Make Travel Arrangements for consultants for Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Cars using our approved lists and websites.
  • Handle travel revisions using the travel request form that they submit and/or that we may have to create.
  • Follow company guidelines for prices to get the best rates possible and obtain approval when the amount is over the approved amounts.
  • Review the final travel confirmations and email to the consultants for their review.
  • When all confirmations reviewed by consultant
  • Maintain the consultants travel files, including saving items to the travel folders on our server in the computer.
  • Maintain Budget Sheet and make invite after receiving the final itinerary from the Travel Agent.
  • All travel must be done immediately and completed in a very timely manner..

Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years administrative office experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures/filing
  • Strong typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details-must be
  • Able to manage duties with a minimum of supervision
  • Strong time management skills must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Note: This is a permanent night shift job and timings will be 08:00 pm-05:00 am.
