Job Description:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience would be preferred

Job description:

  • Participation in data-related projects as assigned.
  • Timely execution of Customer Requests & Complaints
  • Timely coordination & follow up with IT for resolution of Siebel related issues, provisioning & technical issues
  • Execution of assigned workload via CRM and supporting mediums and completion of tasks independently and with minimum supervision
  • Handling of Customer Complaints via CRM, Emails and Helplines
  • Maintain and analyze data in excel sheets for workload assessment and error reporting
  • Ensure smart working and work to improve existing processes
