Job Description:

We are looking for candidate who will be working with the pioneers of the VPN service, serving clients worldwide.

  • Apply deep analysis on the basis of security checks
  • Identify and prevent fraudulent credit card activity
  • Help to identify ways to improve existing fraud detection process
  • Investigate suspicious orders in e-commerce
  • Monitors account activity to detect possible customer fraud
  • Identifies areas for increased security procedures
  • May contact customers to verify or explain unusual account activity

Skills Requirement:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree along with 2 years of experience in the similar field or in a related area
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Works under immediate supervision
  • You'll be communicating directly (via chat/tickets emails) with clients in over 100 countries so you must have an excellent written English skills and a strong sense of team collaboration.
