| Summary: Community Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining an active community for 92 News HD. Community Manager will also be responsible for managing Social Media Executives Team. Qualification Skills:

Strong background in Social Media Management.

Ability to strategize and plan engaging campaigns

Creative and passionate individual that can work in teams and meet deadlines

Communicate effectively (written and verbal) and develop interpersonal relationships

In-depth expertise of Social Media and the vast range of Social Media platforms

2+ years of working experience with Social Media

Ability to multitask and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

Design the Social Media strategy in collaboration with the Social Media team
-
Strategize and educate the management team and others across the organization on ensuring that the appropriate media techniques are implemented.

Experiment new and alternative methods of social media activities.
-
Ensure all the strategies are aligned with culture of the organization.

Making sure all strategies are aligned with the corporate culture of the organization
-
Plan, execute and manage all the social media campaigns and ensure all the social media platforms are updated.

Recruit and manage the Social Media team
-
Maintain effective communication in the department

Analyze, evaluate and educate Social Media trends to the team and management.

Develop Social Media benchmarks and monitor the progress of the campaigns being conducted
-
Develop Weekly / Monthly analytical reports and presentations of the Social Media platform progress and campaigns.
Create and manage the Social Media budget.
