MA Global Services is seeking result-oriented candidates, who can work under pressure independently and within team, for the positions of Call Center Executive. Working Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to mostly US based customers.
- Gathering information from the customers.
- Fulfilling daily targets given by company.
- No selling of products. Demonstrate professional demeanor, and apply proper telephone etiquette to establish report with prospects.
- Meets commitments to prospects other duties as assigned.
