| Job Description: |
The selected person(s) will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the Company’s adoption of appropriate policies and compliance with billing regulations
- Overseeing the guidelines from the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and ensuring that HIPAA rules are implemented
- Routinely conducting Compliance audits
- Investigating and resolving issues about the company’s privacy/security policies and procedures
- Adherence to current Healthcare Industry regulations and policies; compliance with insurance procedures, allotted benefit coverage and overseeing of claims and their analysis
- Research and suggest systematic solutions for medical billing compliance issues
- Prepare training material and deliver trainings on current American Healthcare Industry regulations and policies, and measure training effectiveness
- To co-ordinate with all educational, training and research functions to ensure delivery of the relevant needs
- Ensure that Compliance training sessions occur on a regular basis
- Maintaining current knowledge of applicable American Federal and State privacy and security laws and regulations
- Developing privacy and security policies and procedures
- Coordinating with Director/Manager Compliance, management, relevant departments, and committees to create and maintain required documents
- Routinely conducting Compliance audits

Familiarity with ISO 9000 Standards.
Good analytical and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. |
