| Job Description: |
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order and dispatch
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
