We are looking for merchandiser: responsible for promoting product by showing it, taking questions and attempt to convince consumers to buy articles.Who have the ability to maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately, build beneficial customer relationships & have excellent communication skills.

Candidate would also be looking to:

-Ensure all agreed requirements of the customers are fulfilled-Assisting the customer complaints follow up and implementing the approved rectification plan.

-Ensure that it is done within the defined time frame Dispatch the production sample to the customer well in time and seek approval from the immediate supervisor prior to sending the shipment

-Ensure timely booking of the consignment with the forwarder in coordination with the in-house Planning and Export department

-Prepare and monitor completion against Time & Action-Participate in the weekly departmental meeting and update on the work status concerned with the relevant area of responsibility
