| Job Description: |
- Prepare and dispatch monthly invoices to customers (internet, media, telephone) by the end of the 1st of each month and forward to FM for review.
- Email the invoices to customers by the end of the 3rd of each month.
- Maintain the forms for up/down gradation of customers, and forward the monthly report of up/down gradation to the FM for review
- Email customers (internet, media, telephone) their receivable balances by the 5th of the month.
- Contact customers by phone to follow up on outstanding balances.
- Inform the sales representatives about their receivables and dormant customers
- Prepare the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) monthly return working by the 9th of each month and forward to Finance Manager for review
- Visit customer premises if management feel necessary
