Job Description:

A suitable candidate must be able to perform the following::

• Network Core devices configuration and monitoring on routine basis
• Backup of Cisco routers, switches configuration on weekly basis.
• Daily customer queries handling and support to Corporate Customers & CIS staff
• Network support for Data Center co-located servers’ bandwidth & IP management
• IP addresses allocation to New Wireless and Fiber customers.
• Bandwidth configuration of wireless CIR and Wireless Sharing Packages
• Network diagrams for corporate and new customer proposals.
• Data Center cabling, Tagging
• Field Support Engineers teams managements
• Wireless Links Survey report managements and daily updating of report
• Coordination with billing team for new account creation.
• Activation email to billing and sales teams for New and shifting cases Customers
• Wireless equipment both rental and sold record maintenance.
• Back office support to two field teams for surveys and installations.
• Configuration of Wireless devices both Main links and customers links
• Daily monitoring of wireless bases equipment
• Google earth and ligo-wave Surveys reporting
• Daily allotment of items (Rawal bolts , RJ 45 Connectors ,Cable ties , Steel connectors, Ethernet cable to Field teams and keeping record of all items
• Delivery challan record maintenance and submission to Billing team.
• Daily Morning and evening meeting with GM (operations) for New surveys and next day planning
• Corporate customers complaints handling with coordination of Deputy GM Networks and GM(Operations)
