VOUCHERS FILING
- File vouchers in relevant voucher file on timely basis.
- Label the box file properly to identify nature and voucher numbers, period, project etc.
- Keep files in relevant section of voucher racks.
VERIFICATION OF EXPENSES AT IMPLEMENTATION UNITS
· Check the authenticity of expenditures incurred at CoPC+ sites.
· For all the expenditures Finance Manager will ensure that:
§ Do they actually occur?
§ Do they complete in all aspects?
§ Do they accurate and valid? |
