Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


As a CSO, your core responsibilities will include:



  • Responding to product and service inquiries via phone calls to assist potential and existing customers.

  • Placing or cancelling sales orders in the system and regularly checking pending orders. Reporting updates to your manager.

  • Processing orders and preparing dispatch schedules in coordination with the Weighing Scale, Accounts, and Production departments to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Collaborating with the Sales team to track late payments and facilitate timely order processing.

  • Creating and maintaining new customer accounts as per company SOPs.

  • Recording product/service issues received over calls and escalating them to the reporting manager.

  • Managing customer accounts including adjustments, invoice generation, credit notes, payment entries, and short weight claims.

  • Sharing customer ledgers and account balances with the Sales team to communicate with clients in a timely manner.

  • Generating accurate invoices based on dispatch weights received from Sales Officers.

  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports with verified data from the Sales team.

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls from Sales and allied departments, as well as directly from customers.

  • Building and nurturing trust-based relationships through clear and courteous communication.

  • Providing accurate and complete information using appropriate systems and tools.

  • Reviewing customer POs to ensure alignment with supply and dispatch schedules.

  • Maintaining and updating customer POs regularly and reporting any changes to the manager.

  • Documenting all customer interactions and processing sales edit forms for approval, ensuring records are properly maintained.

  • Following internal communication protocols, company policies, and procedures.

  • Supporting timely completion of ISO audits by preparing necessary documentation in coordination with the audit team.

  • Assisting with order placements, refunds, exchanges, and managing product recalls.
