| Job Description: |
This role is responsible for the implementation of tasks as below specific responsibilities:
- Relay Testing
- Insulation, protection and metering testing
- Substation Maintenance.
- Circuit breakers (oil, gas, vacuum and air).
- Current Transformer and Voltage Transformer testing and commissioning.
- HV Transformer, motors, cables, PPE and capacitor testing.
- Transducer, energy meter, multimeter calibration.
- Lead a team on site and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Provide training and development to High Voltage Electricians and Electrical Protections Technicians as required.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- PEC Certification
- Protection relay and commissioning experience in Power Industry (4-5 years +)
- Familiar with test equipment such as Omicron etc.
- Previous experience producing technical reports.
Experience:
- Relay Testing: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- PEC Certification (Preferred)
