Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor nationwide merchandising operations across trade channels.
• Ensure compliance with DOR, WOR, MOR, OOS, and in-store execution.
• Partner with QC, Automation, IT, and Finance teams for smooth operations.
• Oversee hierarchy data updates, salary processing, and incentive reviews.
• Communicate and implement merchandising guidelines (planograms, POSM, MSL, trade offers, surveys).
• Act as the primary link between Head Office and field teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of FMCG experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or sales.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proven record of driving compliance and operational excellence across large teams.

 Eligibility:

• Based in Karachi.
• Immediate availability preferred.
