Job Description:

Key Responsibilities L/C Documentation & Coordination

  • Prepare, review, and manage Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation in compliance with banking and trade requirements.

  • Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of L/Cs.

  • Verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COA, COO, insurance documents).

  • Track and follow up on import/export shipments and document submissions.

Back Office & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, shipments, and documentation.

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards for management.

  • Assist in order processing, billing, and coordination between sales and operations teams.

  • Manage data entry, filing, and documentation control.

Excel & Reporting

  • Create and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and templates.

  • Use functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and basic formulas.

  • Ensure data accuracy and provide real-time updates to relevant departments.
