How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Build and manage relationships with kitchen operators on a day-to-day basis to understand how we can help them become successful with our product offerings.
  • Onboard new accounts and implement launch playbook across a variety of markets
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales, operations, product, and engineering team

Requirements

  • English fluency
  • Experience - previously worked in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Success at a high growth startup.
  • Analytical - there’s going to be a lot of hustle and implementation work in this role.
  • You’ll need to think analytically about where you’re applying your superpowers to help structure the company’s efforts to drive quality growth in a process and numbers driven manner.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management or customer success: client communications via phone and email
